Puffy Tērbata Pancake Café

Since 7 June 2026, Puffy’s new permanent home has been at 2K Tērbatas Street, right in the centre of Riga, next to Vērmanes Garden.

Here you can enjoy classic sweet mini pancakes with icing sugar, sauces and berries, savoury mini pancakes with a variety of fillings, as well as coffee, tea and refreshing drinks.

Puffy is situated in an area with the atmosphere of a small food court or food hall – a great place to meet up with family or friends, enjoy a variety of flavours and spend some leisurely time in the centre of Riga.

Outdoor tables are available during the warmer months.
