Outdoor events (on-site catering)
Can you come to my event and make mini pancakes on site?
Yes, we offer the possibility to make mini pancakes on site for any event - birthdays, weddings, corporate events and more. We arrive with all the necessary equipment and leave the place clean and tidy.
How long have you been at the event?
Standard service time is up to 2 hours. For smaller events, the time can be shortened, and for longer events, the time can be extended. If a longer service is required, additional charges may apply for each additional hour. Such arrangements must be agreed in advance when booking the event.
What is the minimum number of people or order amount to book an on-site pancake breakfast?
For trips, the minimum amount is EUR 200. For smaller events, we recommend using a delivery service.
What is the maximum number of people you can serve?
We can cater for both small and large events. If an event is booked in advance, we can prepare a larger team and take more equipment. We can therefore provide a fast and high-quality service even when the number of guests is large.
Do you work indoors or outdoors?
We cook both indoors and outdoors. If the event is outdoors, we bring our own tent so we can work in all weather conditions. We agree on the format of the event at the time of booking.
What is required of the venue?
Required:
Electricity supply (220V, at least 1.6 kW, less than that required for an electric kettle),
approximately 2×2 metres of free space for cooking.
How many pancakes can you make in an hour?
One of our stations can cook up to 600 mini pancakes in an hour. If a larger volume is planned, we can prepare additional staff or several stations.

Do you offer home or office delivery of mini pancakes?
Yes, we offer home and office delivery of mini pancakes. Orders can be picked up at a collection time of your choice.
How do I order for delivery?
Order here https://puffy.lv/piegadei/ or by contacting us. When ordering, you will need to specify the date, time, delivery address and desired number of portions, we will confirm your order and send you an invoice for payment.
How many days in advance do I need to book?
Ideally at least 2 days in advance. If same-day delivery is required, please contact us by phone to check availability.
What are the delivery costs?
The delivery price depends on the distance to the address and the size of the order. Delivery within Riga usually costs between €5 and €10. The exact price is indicated when confirming the order.
How long are the pancakes fresh after delivery?
Pancakes taste best warm, immediately after delivery. However, they can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours and reheated later in the microwave or on a griddle.
