    1. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. If a booking fee was applied to the order, the booking fee will not be refunded in case of cancellation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Refund of money<\/strong>\n

      1. Refund requests must be made immediately and within 14 days of the order being placed, by email: piegade@puffy.lv<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. The refund request must be accompanied by an invoice, order payment receipt or other proof of payment issued by us at the time of order. It must also state the reasons for the request.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. We reserve the right to assess the request and decide whether or not to refund the full amount of the refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Money can only be returned to Latvian bank accounts.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n

        2. If you have not yet received your refund the day after confirmation, check your bank account again first.         3. Return of goods\n

          1. We do not accept returns of food received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          3. At the moment, there are no products in our product range that we would take back.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          4. Booking fee<\/strong>\n

            1. For orders subject to a reservation fee, this will be accepted with a separate proof of payment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            2. The booking fee may not be refunded.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n

              1. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising out of the use of our Website or products, except as required by law.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
